Development and dissemination among project initiators of samples of project specification forms for promising and priority projects proposed for funding by donors, and instructions for filling them out.

Conducting seminars and trainings for employees of project initiators on attracting and effective use of grants, technical assistance and other means of external nonrepayable assistance (hereinafter — grants) with the active involvement of donor representatives and qualified foreign specialists in this process.
