6. In its activities, the Agency shall be governed by the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers, these Regulations, other legislative acts, as well as decisions of the Ministry.
1) comply with the requirements of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as other normative legal acts in the field of providing public services;
13) organize the proper development of draft normative legal acts on the issues of providing public services in accordance with the requirements of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On normative legal acts», «On the procedure for preparing draft laws and submitting them to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan», the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Regulations of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, participate in their elaboration at the Ministry and the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, defense at the Management of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and consideration at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
14) organize the Agency's legislative drafting activities in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On normative legal acts», «On the procedure for preparing draft laws and submitting them to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan», and the Model Regulations for Legislative Drafting Activities of State Administration and Economic Management Bodies and Local Executive Authorities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 17, 2016 No. 345;
20) take measures to prevent corruption and other offenses in the Agency's system in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On combating corruption», as well as identify, analyze and eliminate the causes and conditions conducive to them, by developing and implementing measures to improve the law enforcement practice and legislation;
1) comply with the requirements of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as other normative legal acts;
17) take measures to prevent corruption and other offenses in the system of providing public services in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On combating corruption», as well as identify, analyze and eliminate the causes and conditions conducive to them, by developing and implementing measures to improve the law enforcement practice and legislation;
1) comply with the requirements of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as other normative legal acts;
15) take measures to prevent corruption and other offenses in the structural subdivisions in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On combating corruption», as well as identify, analyze and eliminate the causes and conditions conducive to them, by developing and implementing measures to improve the law enforcement practice and legislation;
1) comply with the requirements of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as other normative legal acts;
13) take measures to prevent corruption and other offenses in the system of the territorial department in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On combating corruption», as well as identify, analyze and eliminate the causes and conditions conducive to them, by developing and implementing measures to improve the law enforcement practice and legislation;
2) the Agency's areas of responsibility provided for in clause 20 of these Regulations (in the absence of the Director, on the basis of the relevant order);
the part of the funds received from the provision of fee-based services in accordance with clauses 51 and 511 of these Regulations, in the amount determined by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
491. The funds received by the Agency's extra-budgetary fund in the amount of 16 percent of the amount of state fees collected by the civil registry offices, 85 percent of the amount of the stamp duty collected for the issuance of stamp certificates, and the part of the funds received from the provision of fee-based services in accordance with clause 511 in the amount determined by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be primarily spent on the covering of the expenses associated with the production of letterheads of stamp certificates and civil registry records, the strengthening of the material and technical base and the current maintenance of the civil registry offices, the financial encouragement and social protection of employees, the payment of allowances and surcharges for class ranks and seniority to employees, the maintenance of additional staff units of the civil registry offices and staff units of archivists of the territorial departments of the Agency, the maintenance of the information system «Unified Electronic Civil Registry Archive» and the digitization of archival documents, as well as the financing of other activities aimed at improving the activities of the civil registry offices.
